If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
